What and how to feed my puppy of 2 months …?
I'll get my puppy in a couple of days. Will be sent from another state. It is an Olde English Bulldogge / Mix Dogue de Bordeaux (French Mastiff). The breeder is feeding the Eukanuba and Purina mixed. I did my own research on some real quality puppy food (dry) for large breeds. I came with some brand names as: Health, Solid Gold, Eagle Pack Holistic, Nutro Ultra holistic Blue Buffalo, Merrick, Innova, Canidae, Fromm, GO Natural, Orijen (excellent food for dogs in Canada), etc, to name a few each. I think feeding him Orijen Eagle Pack the mixture (la). Maybe 50-50 or 60-40 (60% E. Pack, 40% Orijen). I need some suggestions please experience of people (farmers, the dog Nutritionist dog owners, veterinarians, etc.). I will Thanks for your help!
We feed the taste of wild prairie formula. No formula is a grain that is less expensive than many foods, but nutritionally, it is very solid. I had to learn basic canine nutrition, when I was an intern, so they tend to think that dog food by the ingredients and try it that way. I have no problem moving to a new one if the formula is modified so that does not look as good (as recently as dogs.) Actually, for money, I think is the best food at this time.
