They are £ 5 karat gold in the same way as gold sovereigns? I know that the British monarchs are 22 carat gold and weighs 8grams fully sovereign, but I want to buy a gold coin weighing 5 pounds and 39grams, so I wondered if it would be almost the same price as gold Krugerrands, although Kruger is 1 ounce and 24ct gold. Please explain why.
