Tree ID-CO. Non-native (?) Bêche leaves, seeds of the helicopter, wrinkled bark smooth leaves pollen, gold in autumn?

This tree is not native (?) But let Cottonwood, Colorado. We have seen all planted as an ornamental. Gets great, ours is 50 feet high and round. Shelters yellow / Brown leaves with pollen, then seeding by helicopter and the Gold foliage in the fall. It resembles the bark of maple, soft stem branches, but vertical cracks, dark red / brown bark on the branches of the silver / gray / black on the trunk. Ideas?
