Legit precious metal dealer?

I was contacted by a sales representative with a precious metals dealer California. He spoke of his page web and offered to mail a brochure about the company. I went to the site and it seems quite well done. The company is rated BBB-(BBB accreditation with too), but I realized I have only been open since 2007. They especially me, who want to invest using 4:1 influence in gold bullion. The management fee is 15% of Total metal purchased. That seems strong that it will hide this factor and all information is clearly on the website. My question is: Are any of you face one of these corridors? I looked around and it seems that there is so little of them. With leverage, I am sure that there is an increased risk. What is history?

gold, buy it. Why you need to use the influence or a broker? Not interested. I say this as someone who has the gold (many) Kruggerand sitting in your safe. I think it was my point. How legitimate agent or distributor to the needs of people cold calling to encourage them to invest?
