I need help with a premium dog food?

I tried Wellness, Blue Buffalo, Solid Gold. These foods have been a disaster. I can not have anything with the lamb, bison or fish in it. I need a good quality protein, no soy, wheat gluten, etc. It is a food that can feed all my dogs smallest of the big race and a puppy 6 months old. All the food I mentioned above resulted in very soft stool (like mud), the smell was terrible, losing disease or skin problems.
